Does anyone know of any location outside the related main quest, that these ingredients are available?

well, ive looked in my handy-dandy guide to oblivion and thse ingreadeants arnt listed...What quest is it that you need those for?

You don't need them for a quest, iirc, they are just helpful items you find in

Spoiler

paradise before fighting Camoran. They are ingredients that restore Magicka and Health

and I don't think they're found anywhere else.

Actually I found lichor before that but you may as well ask me what I had for lunch when I was 5 on second Tuesday of this month. I have no idea where I got it.

Lichor is an ingredient that restores Magicka, Ambrosia restores health. Yes, you can make potions out of them.

You forgot to add - when I was 5!

Anyways, I am getting old apparently, I checked, and indeed it can be only found in CP. Oh well...

And I think so, though I still have it in my inventory, reason being I thought it was different considering I found only one, so thought I might need it for a quest or something. Now another thing that bugged me with this is that you can't duplicate it (if you finished the MG you know what I'm talking about). That also seemed odd, but then again it's not the only thing you can't duplicate-Human heart, Human Skin, Lichor, Ambrosia, Painted Troll Fat, Nirnroot all can't be duplicated. In all honesty I thought it was silly, this restriction (not counting the Nirns considering the quest).
