Need help - Thieves Guild - Arrow of Extraction

I cant seem to get past the two guards at top. I would use the complete chameleon spell, but I dont have enough magica. I dont have enough pickpocket skill to take the key from the guards, and when I pick at the door with my lockpik, and succesfully do it, I always get caught. Any suggestions?
Since I ask quite a few questions, I thought it might be nice to have an important detail in my sig.

I have Oblivion for 360!

Just put the game on easy difficulty and kill them all. I think thats what i did..i think its sorta cheating though.. :D
