I can't get the MAIN quest!

I adventured in Fargrove, without much success, so I decided to check the walkthru. In the section on "Temple of the Circene" it says that "Seer Paulus should lead you to the living aposle of the Celestial Order". He doesn't! But the walkthru goes on "The Celestine ...will give you your main quest for the game...to that end, the Celestian will give you the cemetery key."

1. I don't have the quest.
2. I don't have the cemetery key
3. And, See Paulus doesn't lead me to the living apostle.

It seems like I am stuck, with no hope of advancing in the game. Any suggestions (short of restarting the game!) what I can do?

I cant remeber but I think he leads you when you click a certain topic from the list (list of topics you can talk about with him) and then you can follow him.

This might sound silly >but did u get the letter from the very begin of game from that guy that was standin beside the camp fire

ok lets see now..when u show the summons u recieved at the start of game
to Seer Paulus he well tell u that it was Augustus that send 4 u ..so he is goin 2 give u the key 2 Augustus place...by the way inside his place is a specter in which u have 2 kill.....once u done wth Augustus he ll tell u 2 go bac to the temple of the circine then Seer Paulus should take u 2 the apostle ...hope that helped

Ah that's it. I hadn't done the Augustus side quest (it was a bit tough). I hadn't realized that this sub quest must be finished first. Once I completed it, and returned to Paulus everything went as it should.
