Dragon armor

Can anyone tell me where the Imperial Legion Compound is so i can get the dragon armor?

Its in the Imperial prison district..there will be a gate and then to the left i think will be the door..and all the armor should be laying on a table in the armory

It isn't in any particular way. It's just the champion's armor.
