Cannot find Bodhi

During my travels i was given a choice, either to side with the ShadowThieves, or with the misterious Bodhi.

Since i donot trust thieves i decided Bodhi would be my pick, but after i have finally gathered the 15.000gold for her, she is nowhere to be found. I tried at night, during the day all over the Graveyard.

Where is she located?

Once you have enough gold, she should be near the south west entrance to the graveyard district (at night only). if she is not there then try it with 20k rather than 15k as this is the amount the thieves originally ask you for, even though they accept 15k.

Valen tells you not to wait for too long. You only have three days to meet Bodhi, before she calls it off.

Tobad, then i think i missed my shot with siding with Bodhi (again).

[EDIT]Ok time for a spoiler-request.
I have played BG2 about 5times till atleast the underdark now, and everytime i have sided with the tieves, for roleplaying reasons, or i have been forced to their side cause my main character is a thief.

What is the difference between siding with the thieves or bodhi in quests/experience/items?

Not much really except you get betrayed by Bodhi leading to being attacked by vampires when you get off the ship just like if you side with the thieves
