Suggestions for next Unoffical patch?

After reading Lestat's #2 post in this thread http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/showt ... hp?t=76415 , I realized there were still some problems, so if you have other broken, unbalanced quest or situations and/or possible solutions, I would like to hear them to possibly get them in the next patch.

I have come up with a solution I believe for Lestat's example on why people should skip getting Persuade level 9 for the Giovanni Rumors quest, the only one which needs 9 or more.

I what I am thinking is since the cheapest 9th level point you can get is 12xp in cost and the most you can get from the Rumors quest is 6xp, what about pulling a Giovanni and being able to sell each of the 3 the other 2 secrets for a total of 6 secrets sold and 12xp a break even quest, with the reward being the $100 or so per secret sold for a total of about $600.

I really don't like people skipping quest unless they just don't want to do it not because the quest is not balanced.
So anyway that is my half awake solution, if anyone has a better one or other problems, please post them.

Please remember to keep the suggestions/problems to broken or unbalanced quest.
This isn't a troubleshooting thread for sound stuttering, low frame rates or BSoD crashes.

I'll have to play through 2.4 I suppose, to see if I can find anything else.

I remember seeing that mentioned, I agree would be much better (as intended) to get VV's letters staggered.

I also found anouther bug, we are not getting xp for killing Jezebel.
I checked a save from Chinatown with, G.Jezebel_dead in the console and got 0.

That's odd. I checked the experience_table.txt and it is coded correctly, or would that be listed elsewhere for XP totality?

You are correct it is in the experience table but as I posted when will kill Jezebel the game doesn't recognise she is dead, as I mentioned G.Jezebel_dead is if the game (i.e your save knows she is dead or not) 1 = dead and 0 = alive.

In my game she is so dead my Malk did a Rain dance on her head, follow most apporataly by a round of NAked Jepordy wearing her wig and reciting poerty backwards, but my save game does not recognise her death so it never gets to the experience table.
