I fink you mithed the sticky thread thoughtfully labeled PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING. The one about not putting up threads with spoiler content, such as yours, without writing SPOILER in the title. I'll do it for this one, but you're on your own, after that. Unless you want your threads deleted, or course.
One other thought, and it's up to you--but I'd suggest making your thread titles a bit more specific to get answers from those in the know.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

That's cool.
Oh--and if you're on a PC, and this just happened (in other words, the corpse is still there), you can bring the person you killed back to life.
Use the ~ key to open the command console. Click on the corpse. Type:
resurrect
Then click again on them, and type:
SetDisposition 50
That should bring them back to life with a view towards you that's neutral. The latter helps, since they tend to regard people who go around killing them with less than high esteem.
EDIT: Make sure the corpse is clicked before you type the commands. If you look at the top of the console box, it should state what object is highlighted. The NPC will probably not have a name showing, but they will have some clue to the fact it's an NPC, such as mentioning a dark elf. Otherwise, you may be trying to resurrect and change the disposition of a piece of furniture.

Who was the person you killed, maybe s/he just had an item you needed, if not the only thing you can do is load a previous save game.
If you were following a thieves guild quest correctly you should have never had anything like that happen.

I am not cursing, I am solilquizing in a profoundly coloquial manor!

If your xbox there is nothing you can do.
May I also remind you that it is a rule to speak ENGLISH on this forum and not whatever you just wrote in. There are people from all over the world here and most of them know english (the rest probaly use translator programs). If you speak like you are speaking at the moment a lot of people won't understand as none of those words are in the dictionary.
ald'rhun or woteva it is.
May I suggest
ald'ruhn (sp?)
Magelord
Was his surname VENIM or something simular.
