Tensor's Transformation Scroll

This is annoying...

Are scrolls ALWAYS generated randomly?

I am looking to learn Tensor's Transformation and can't find it anywhere, looked in all the shops, everywhere I can think of.

Does anyone know of a permenant location for this spell?

GRrr... annoying. I'm in chapter 2 finishing the last of the side quests.

Thanks advance for help/advice.

Ack! There are many, many Tensers Trans scrolls in the Asylum, Chap 4(3?)...

Usually powerful scrolls such as this are not accessible to you until later in the game. That way it gives you a sense of progression.

There is always a tensers scroll in the statue thats part of the cult of the unseeing eye quest in the sewers
