Best way to get Royal Guard Armour?
Help me ppl, i need royal guard armour or ordinator armour but they r as tough as hell. Sum1 help me! (GOTY edition by the way)

Well, just play thru the main Tribunal quest, and you'll not only get royal guard armor at the end from King Helseth, but you'll also get Ordinator armor that's better than the stuff the guards carry around.
Get up, stand up. Come on, throw your hands up.

You can also acquire some Royal Guard Armor (without even shedding any blood) by doing a sidequest involving Golena Sadri. Look for the Sadri Manor in the area where all the manors are...

Indeed it is based on your skill with the armor in question. I know I've seen information sources that state the exact base armor values, but I can't recall where right now.
