In a pickle... (Nar Shaddaa Spoilers)

Post by moe89 »

this may have come up in a different thread already, but i decided to bring it up in case it hasn't

im on Nar Shaddaa, as my first world off of Telos. now to get the light saber lens from Vogga's room, i need to put juma juice into the Kath Hounds' urn. to get the juma juice, i need to overhear the thugs in the cantina in stealth mode and get the juice from the bartender. then i need to talk to the twi-lek and toss the handmaiden in a hooker outfit to dance for Vogga to put him to sleep. and then put the juice into the urn and break into the room. Everything sounds ok right?

problem is that ive already talked to the twi-lek and the handmaden has already done the dance and everything, BEFORE i listened in on the thugs. Now, i cant get the juma juice to drug the hounds.

<snipped - Xandax> can i do to get that light saber lens??

I don't think you can but there are loads of places in the game where you can find your lightsaber parts so its not that much of a problem. You'll just have to wait a little longer thats all.

yea you could just go to dantoine.

Spolier:After you go down into the sub-levels of the destroyed jedi enclave, you will be able to rescue a salvager named joran
you can ask him wat he found, and you can also offer to buy wat he found, you`ll get your lightsaber lense that way. directions go left after the entrance, down the hallway untill you come upon a door. kill all the leikreks and click the door, a man will shout out for help.
After the darkness calls my name,I slowly lose my sense of self, If I don`t awaken from this hell, then all I am will cease to be.

thanks for the help
it turned out that visas was on the ship so i just fought her and took her lens.

but now i have a different question which im not sure i should post in another thread or not. Its regarding those "rooms" in the Docks area at Nar Shadaa. the map shows a few rooms with entrances that i cant get into. One is closer to Vogga and the other is closer to Flophouse and all those compartments.
was there a side-quest that i was supposed to go on to access these rooms? (im not talking about Vogga's warehouse)

If there is no access point to them (i.e. no door that its possible to open to get to them) then they are one of the many parts that were cut from the game before its release.

Have you finished the main quest part of Nar Shadda? There are certain rooms that only become available after particular points in that quest.

To get the ancient box open, you do the simple maths puzzles that are on the nearby console.

If you're that impatient, a walkthrough will tell you the answers.

You can also use a calculator to solve the simple maths question in order to open that ancient box too. That's what I did when I come across them. :D

There is a bug with those maths problems though that can cause them not to recognise the correct answer if you get it wrong and try again or something (there is also a patch that fixes this though on the TSL Restoration Project site)

Its not that important so don't worry if you missed it. Whenever I play the box usually just has something like a crystal in it anyway (admittedly a good crystal but its not something you couldn't manage without).

Hold on.

1.The math in the Dxun tomb computer wasn't that hard for me but i forgot what the answer was. Doesn't the math change each time you play?

2.How'd you beat Visas on Nar Shadaa? I had to restart because i couldn't do it. When i came on the ship, the Red Eclipse attacked me and since it was my first planet as soon as i killed Chaalmakt it showed the cutscene of me coming on the ship and finding Visas. I had to fight her when my health was already low from the battle with the Red Eclipse and she got me in 2 or 3 hits. Unless you went on the ship before the lizards came on.
nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. See that's the part where you jump out and go "AAAAHH!!!!!!!" when people don't know you're there.

Nope. Don't think so. Unless I'm wrong that is but so far I have yet to hear anything about the maths equation for the Dxun tomb terminal changing.

Hmm, quite perplexing. Maybe you'd better try when you first landed on Nar Shadaa or before the Red Eclipse event. Usually works by going in and out of the Ebon Hawk. About fighting Visas, there is a certain Jedi form that specialises in whacking force users. Use that and you'll be able to survive the battle. :D
