during Xzars mission, Jaheira was called by the Harpers and during the meeting a war started.
Now the Harpers are attacking my party.
How do we make a truce?

Initially yes you kill all of the Harpers that are in the compound who have decided to join with Galvarey to imprison you - but eventually you will be given a choice of whether or not to attack another Harper party that happens to be lead by an acquaintance of Jaheira's - this can be the road to peace or another for battle - either of which may eventually lead to truce with the Harpers after some revelations.
