hi guys... my character is at level 13 and i have done the dark brotherhood, thieves and mages guild quests and have yet to come across a daedric sword!! i have come across elevn and dwavern and normal weapons but not daedric weapons!!
so here are my questions!!
1)where can i buy one? or does it depend o my level!
2) is it enchanted? (constant affect or charged affect)
3) are they good? (sounds silly but is there a better type of weapon)
please number your answers!!

Wow you completed 3 mainline quests and you're only at level 13.....sorry that's not being rude, just surprised! Yes I think that daedric weapons depend pretty much on your level, I'm Lvl15 and have only just got my recommendation from all the mages guilds, and no daedric weapons yet. As I understand it the monsters (and weapons and armour) are tailored more or less to your level, so the higher you go, the more valuable the armour and weapons on the NPCs that attack you.

Well, if you're a level 13 then theres no need to buy one, if you go into an oblivion gate then there should be plenty of daedra with daedric weapons, infact, it strange that just plain daedric longswords are rarer than magical ones! For instance, if you go int an oblivion gate then you'll probably just come across cannafears, flame astronaches and goblins, but when you enter the main tower then there should be plenty of guys with daedric swords and sometimes maces but y'know those guys that look like darth maul in black robes? Those guys will definetely hava a sword or mace, but with the guys with big scary helmets (or maybe that's just their head, i don't know) They are most likely to have swords.
So, long story short, Go to Oblivion.

Level 20ish is the only time I've ever seen Daedric weapons...
And on the "he's only level 13" bit. Grand Champion in arena, Archmage in Mages Guild, and completed the main quest all before level 7.
The game is really unbalanced in that way, but meh, it's just a game afterall.
