How do you do this? It's annoying me. I have a bunch of spells, but how do I assign them to the numeric keys on my keyboard? I'm a noob.

For all things, you drag the icon for the object onto the quickbar where you want it to go.

What SWCarter said about assigning icons to the quickbar is meant for the PC version. The XBox version lack this. ;)
