Gnoll Fortress not visible

The Gnoll Fortress and ar4600 are not visible even though I've completed Nashkel and Nashkel Mines. Minc is dead (not sure how), and I had to kill Edwin, so I'm not sure how to get to these areas.

Just have your party exit from the west side of AR4700 aka the xvart village map.
