Auglatha the Banshee (Help needed!)

Alright, many of the booiks provide superfluous information, like The Beast or The Imp's Prison, and others give insight into the game and characters you meet every once in a while one will discuss mini levels in the game. . .I have one that discusses Agatha (Auglatha) of Conyberry, a Banshee with a treasure hoard in the Neverwinter Wood. It seems as though I should be able to find something, where the road ends in a copse of birch trees, that leads to a mini level but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Has anyone else had any luck, or am I wasting my time?

I don't think I've ever found such an area (doesn't ring a bell), neither in the game nor toolset when I looked through there, back when I played.
So my guess is it is mearly an "atmosphere/story"-book.
