how are u supposed to lose weight on all my other chars when i went obese, all i had to do was run around and then sleep and i was slim, but with this one char it just wont go down from fatty...

keep running and do some combat stuff like kill things.

dont eat anymore... and dont sleep so much either when on later ages getting slim is much harder to obtain... when u need health use a potion..
Go to cliffside path and kill some undead that will work out

the only way you look good when your fat is when ur in beserk. i would use that attack cause its suppose to hit 1000s or sumthin with the frying pan
