i just defeated Nausoleam and picked up the nether scepter but i can't get the volley. i have my magic weapons up to level 8 and it won't let me go any higher. is it cause it is not identified or what?
it is now identified and still doesn't work. i think it is because the scepter has a level 9 magical attack but i can't go any higher than level 8 magic weaponry. why is that?
You probably have to increase light weapons (or some other weapon skill) to level 9 first.
