After you get the cowl thing and become the leader of the thieves guild...what do you do now? can you tell ppl to steal stuff for you or what? I went to the guild hall and yea it's ok and i put on the mask all they do is envy you...isn't there anything else? it's almost a disappointment
With the cowl you become almost untouchable. You can steal, kill, whatever with the mask on but when you take it off all your bounty goes to zero and you will not be arrested.
You also get a place to crash in the newly created theives guild hall in the IC waterfront.

On of the official mods Thieves Den or something like that, provides you with an opportunity like that.
