Does anybody know how i get jacks outfit, not his mask his red robe?

Nope. There is no way you can get Jack's outfit.

but you can try to make your own outfit that looks sorta like jacks.

mine is

dark wiz top
chainmail legs
chainmail booties
guard gloves
and jacks mask(if you have TLC)

and the only way to get jacks clothing is by making a clothing MOD :)
