is there a cheat or something i can do to get the piece back from champion, Karrod.
Got it but lost it long time ago.
Already got part of the Trueflame/ have the 2 other parts from Almalexia and Museum of Artifacts.
So what can i do now ??

You might have wanted to label this as "spoilers" but I don't care, I mean it is your first post....
Are you on PC? If so, you can just drop the other two pieces, open the console (~), and click on each to see it's console ID: the pieces are numbered from one to three, so say if you had pieces 1 and three, just use the "player->additem (console ID) 1, and instead of one or three in the ID, put two in the number's spot. If you're on xbox, I'm afraid all you really can do is backtrack and look around for it. Try the Great Bazaar, try wherever you stay in the city, try dungeons you explored recently. I find backtracking works really well most of the time.
