dwarven gouncil member

Hi,
I'm trying to find Eolus the dwarven council member, he is supposed to be in the dwarven village but I have searched everywhere and can't find him. I've gone back to ealier saves and even reloaded the game and still I can't find him. Can I still go ahead or is this a common problem that a patch can fix. PLEASE HELP

While I haven't encountered your problem, you should always, always, go to the developer's website when you get a game, and look for the latest patch to install. It just makes good sense. Have you done this? Because if you haven't, that's the first thing to do before describing a bug.

Ok,
I've downloaded and installed the patch and still no Eolus. What do you suggest now?

You've checked around the altar in the village, and he never shows up? He may wander a bit.

Otherwise, I would suggest checking the developer's tech support forum on their website, and posting there. Best chance of getting a reply.

this happened to me too. and i have the latest patch as well. (version 1.034)

You mean 1.34, right? If that doesn't do it, the only thing I can suggest is posting to the technical forum at the developers' website. They have a lot of good information there, as well as a very active membership.

This may sound stupid, but did you go back and re-scry for him? I swore I had the same problem the other day (happen to be replaying now myself), but headed back to the Council of Seven area and did the re-scry and he showed up right where he belonged at the alter.

I'm assuming it is before you've done the Axe quest ... if it is after then you'll find him in the building south of the axe. But as fable says he does wander a bit.
