I think my favorite moments come during gang assassinations. That is, killing a group of enemies from concealment with ranged attacks. Yeah, I know, any schmoe can do that, but here is the trick. Rapid attack mode. How many bodies can you get in the air at the same time? Nock and draw, take aim, release and immediately nock, draw and shoot another while changing aiming points, while firing lethal ranged magical attacks in tandem with the bow attacks. So far, my best is five in the air at once.

I just keep imagining what my victims are thinking: "What the *ugghhhh*..."

Well, at least what they are trying to think just before they die.

I originally developed that technique for taking down enemies that were too powerful to take down with one shot and too lethal to allow them to get a shot at me, so the obvious solution was to Legolas them to death. It works really well on one monster, and it's far cooler on multiple targets.

my best gaming moment is breaking into peoples homes and stealing their stuff. This is really fun because i have a black robe and black hood and my sneak skill is very high and it makes it more easier and more fun. and if they wake up i just paralyze which is funny.

The DB 'Big Brother' quest was rather satisfying, as was the quest for Sanguine. I also got a kick out of the conversation about necrophilia withe alchemist in Skingrad.

My all time favorite moment, was watching the AI in action. The sneak trainer in Bravil Swim... something, was caught while trying to pickpocket some old woman in broad daylight, he ran off, right into a gaurd, resisted arrest, and led them on a chase half way around the town, before he was finally struck down, may his thieving soul rest in piece (In my soul gem :D )

The best part of the game is definately being stealthy. Sneaking around, robbing people blind and killing them. Every time I sneak into somebody's bedroom and stab my blade of woe in them is so cool. :D

More specifically the DB quests are great, the one with the 6 treasure hunters locked in the house, and purifying the sanctuary are my favourites.

How do u get that quest?[/quote"]

That Water's Edge thing upset me too. WORST thing in the game, imo (I've not done DB, which I figured is nasty). I shan't do Fighter's Guild all the way through again. And that poor Hist tree the Blackwood guys were abusing, as well.
I hated that Quest.

But the best moments in the game are when you Sneak and shoot/strike to kill with one arrow, or one blow.

mad killing spree

my favorite moment was going on a mad killing spree through Anvil. I snuck into every house and building/structure, stealth killed everyone, took everything in the house, moved it to my manor, moved it to the theives guild halland sold it to a fence. Best part was i didn't get a bounty.
Why am I fighting to live, if I'm just living to fight? Why am I trying to see, when there aint nothing in sight? Why am I trying to give, when no one gives me a try? Why am I dying to live, if I'm just living to die?

Like the pics on your avatar, dude. Are you a collector? I've been picking up arrowheads for over 25 years and have nearly 7000 complete ones!

Daedric quests are awesome!

You haven't lived until you've completed the Sheogorath Daedric quest. Nothing like flaming german shepards dropping out of the sky!
Also it made me think a little because the green arrow and quest hints didn't pave the way like they do for most other quests. That was a nice change.

My coolet moment . . . (this is kinda lame)

is the first time I walked outside in broad daylight . . . and saw butterflies flitting around in the sun. They act like real insects . . . they don't attack on sight, like EVERY animal in Morrowind did.

Can one even interact with the butterflies? I would love to be able to send little tiny flaming butterfly bodies skittering across the Arcane University...amazing...

On that note, what interactable creatures don't attack you on sight? Is it only the deer?
And the Cosmic AC said, "LET THERE BE LIGHT!"

What a cool thread. yeah I remember some moments that I got amazed of.

One of them was seeing a hunter, not far from cheydinhal (are there hunters other places?), I ran to him and tried to chat with him, but he was to busy hunting deers and warthogs to speak with me :p

Another where when I walking through a cave, but no enemy to see, I got a bit nervous, running around in the dark with only 2 torches left. I thought there would be a big kind a monster somewhere in the cave just waiting to jump out at me behind a door or corner. Later I figuered out why it was empty, it was for a quest :p

I had a similar experience by the wineyards near skingrad. This Redguard guy who usually teach me in marksmanship (or was it security?) crouched past me and loudly said hello, thereafter he tried to pickpocket an Altmer guy near a fence, the altmer noticed and shouted: "Hey you pesky little thief!" Then both the altmer and the gate guard, started to chase him all over the place, finally disappering into the woods, havent heard from them since, guess they meet some trolls...I hope :D
