Can't enter Bandit Camp

Prior to going to the Nashkel mines, I explored all the areas on the world map I had access to (including the woods to the East). After starting Chapter 3, I went to Tranzig (in the Feldepost inn) who directed me to Larswood and Peldvale. Now I don't know how to get to the Bandit camp because I killed the bandits in Larswood and Peldvale already long before going into the mines, and I was supposed to join them to sneak into the Bandit camp. Also, if I try to leave the area of Peldvale by going north, the Bandit camp still doesn't appear on the map map. Any ideas? My game is fully patched with TOSC.

I use EasyTutu with the latest fixpack.

Fixed it. There is a different bandit to be found east of the center of the map of Larswood.
