When I went through it, you had to take Driver's Training (it was still offered as a class at my high school but the next year they stopped it).

So once you finished driver's training and were 15.5 years old you could get your learner's permit. That meant you could only drive if a licensed driver was with you in the car. Once you had your learner's permit for at least 1 month and were 16 years old you could get yuour license.

Now things are a bit different and some states are adding laws that kids under 18 can only have 1 other person under 18 in the car, can't drive after a certain time of night and so on. Guess it sucks to be young. :D

Yes

Here you can go to drivings school before you are 18, but can do the theory- and driving test when you have turned 18. After this, you have so called temporary driving license... you can drive as much as you want any time you want, but it will last no longer than one year... then you have to go to second part of the driving school, which is few theory hours and one driving hour. After that, you get the permanent license.

You don't want that much fat on your meat. You want enough that it can keep the rest of the meat moist, and give a constant baste during cooking and that's about it.
