Thieves guild question (spoiler)

i just beat the thieves guild quests, and accuierd that mask thing and everything, but now i've stolen a whole bunch of stuff and can't find my fence, does anyone know where he is, and what time he shows up

Fathis Ules is in the Thieves Guild Hall at the waterfront most of the night and at his home in the city during the day. You should be able to use any of the fences though.

when i talked to the fence guy, he says looking for a fence? but the barter option isn't there

same thing happened with me so i waited 1 hour and talked to him until i hit 24 hours and still could not barter with him. i believe this might be a bug. i can't use the argonian fence at all. you should just use ongar. you can even sell stuff to him if he is sleeping.
