Alright...I just recently got Fable and im at the part where I need to buy Lady Grey something nice...But im totally lost and dont know what to get...Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You should check the quest section of the walkthrough, it's over there, adn it contains everything you need to know.
It can be more fun trying to figure it out on yourself though...

Well...I did go around Bowerstone North asking the ppl...I got some gossipers to tell me that she wears a necklace that was her sisters...Is that the necklace she wants me to find? But I cant find it because they just keep saying the samethings...

Hmmm...
Another tip: since this is a core quest you will get a golden marker, so follow it, once you've asked everyone it will appear.
Oh and you should ask everyone twice: there seems to be a dude in the weapon shop that gets locked down when it's closing time, so double check... Always double check...

I dont think i've ever had a golden marker so far on this quest...So it cant be a core quest...Can someone just tell me...I just want to finish this quest then im off for tonight..
