Balyn Omavel...?

Post by Kappel1101 »

Other times I've played this game I've always had trouble completing this mission. First, I talked to Taros Dral in the Morag Tong Headquarters...he gives you a mission to poison Balyn Omavel, he is located in Balmora. Taros gives you five treated bittergreen petals which you are suppose to put on Balyn's food. I've tried everything I could think and nothing works...if anyone knows how to do this mission or has any good ideas let me know!!!

When giving away plot or quest information, please put "SPOILERS" in the thread title.

Answer: You need to have the BG petals in your inventory, then click on the cookpot inside Balyn's house. To get into Balyn's house, go through the roof. :)
Find the Morag Tong headquarters inside the Vivec Arena Storage area. Inside, speak to Taros Dral about “sensitive matters” and he’ll ask you to poison Balyn Omarel in Balmora. Taros will give you some treated bittergreen petals. Go to Balmora and enter Balyn’s house from the roof without being seen by Balyn, who is outside on the ground level. Inside Balyn’s house is a pot - click on it and choose to place the petals within. Go back to Taros and he will tell you to activate the square shrine behind him. Mephala will reward you with the Ring of the Khajiit.

Note: if Taros does not have a “sensitive matters” dialogue topic, then activate the command console, select Taros, and type in: AddTopic “Sensitive Matters”. The topic will now be in his dialogues and you can commence with the quest.
my question had nothing to do with the actual plot of the game. Its a side quest, I do know better! But next time I'll put *spoiler* just for you kid!!!

By 'plot', I'm sure Chu meant main plot, side plots and all information not obvious... :)
