Just as long as your PC is above the recommended system requirements, you'll be fine. I'll give you my PC specs:
P4 520 2.8GHz HT Technology
512MB DDR RAM
Nvidia Geforce 6200
ASUS P5GD1 Pro motherboard
BenQ DVD-ROM & DVD-/+RW
Western Digital 80GB hard drive
I was able to run Fable: TLC with my computer specs.

I only have the [url="http://www.microsoft.com/games/fable/"]link[/url] to Fable:TLC official website but if you look at the top left hand corner, you'll see the system requirement link.
