I am a newbie to this game and I am stuck and need help.
I am at the tower in Lake Lohr, on the way to Arindale. I have defeated the Shade guarding the tower and I have climbed both ladders and I can see the altar I need to touch. But the problem is, my character won't get off the top ladder. I climb to the top of it but I continue the actions of climbing but I don't move any farther. I can't get on the top of the tower. The only button that works is the action button I used to climb/descend the ladder. Am I missing something? I have the Collectors Edition. Is this a game bug? I am very frustrated. It was hard enough to beat that Shade (cause I am a melee char and had very little magic to use) and now I can't reach the altar, can't summon that Spirit I need to get the Mark I need to get past that stupid Elven gate? Oh c'mon.
Help and advice is needed and appreciated.
Thanx, Sheikra
Need help in Lk Lohr
Your Urgoth is too big and I don't think it will be fixed. Forget about the tower and elven fortress and just go the long way around, at intersection out from fargrove west gate, go north to talendor and back south along the large lake till you get to the river leading south, then south into arindale.
This works but...

This is a good way to get around the fact that your using a Urgoth as a character.
To get to the path through the mountains from HumanLand to Elvenlands, you need to leave Fargrove west gate and go to the first fork in the road, take the North fork and follow the left side of the mountain range as you head north. Eventually you will find the path over into the northern part of the Elvenland. Once through head south to Arindale.
There are a few problems with doing this though. One is you will miss out on a quest, several Chests and an Item shop that is in the area between the two southern Elven gates.
Second is that you run into stronger ememies going the North route. you might want to set your occurence option to LESS and your difficulty option to EASY if you are a weak character.
And third, untill you get the moon bridges working, you will be going a long way to get between Fargrove and Arindale. So you might want to get as much done as possible in the Elvenlands before you return to the Humanlands.
Good Luck:mischief:
