So when is it officially acceptable to create the thread? Does it have to be in the person's timezone or any timezone in the world that hits the right day? If someone posts it while it's still the day before in the US do we need to wait until midnight before we're allowed to post in it?

Well he doesn't like fottball, doesn't like whatever that music competition was that you European's were talking about a few weeks ago..... what kind of beer would he end up liking (and stop saying you don't like beer)... probably something heretical like Pabst Blue Ribbon.
It is one of the worst beers in all existence. It is like hillbilly champagne... the only people that drink it are complete white trash (like the can physically won't open unless it is in a trailer park).
