Cheating Death - Oh Noes

Post by Gromph »

Alright, some bad goings on for a character of mine that I suspect may be completely screwed. Heres the lowdown on what I did by mistake.

I was fighting a guy over control of his house, nothing out of the ordinary when I hit him with a big bad spell(100 Fire dmg per second for 3 seconds), and well, it reflected on me. Needless to say this trashed me in a couple seconds but I managed to kill the guy and just before I died I accidently hit the bed and slept...with the autosave option on. So when I awoke my character fell over dead, and when I load, he similarly falls over dead.

So I got a little catch 22 and no idea if there is anything I can do, ideas anybody?

what potions do you have? I would use a sheild potion or a good restore health if you have it. Also, that is the most practical time to use divine intervention.

Hit ~ immediately upon restoring your save, bring up the console, and type:

player->SetHealth [number]

Then hit return. I don't know whether it will work above your character's maximum health, but it's worth a shot in this situation.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

That code sets your max and min health to that number.

Try entering TGM, scarfing a few health potions, then entering TGM again.

That said, I think Gromph plays on Xbox. If so, I can't help...

For the xbox consol, hit black, white, black, black, black (while on the stat menu while holding A on the health bar) to restore your health to full (I think). If not, just play around with the black and white buttons and it will eventually work.

Thanks yall, I am on Xbox so I will try that most devious of health cheats, then try to promptly forget it, knowing leads the way toward using.
