Where can i find these two things? I was kicked out of the mages guild and now i need to get back in to finish the main quest. Please Help!!!

alright if you look on your map go down next to layowiin and on the map where it says blackwood they are located on the little flag of the D next to a little lake but its not enough its got like 5 dragon tounge and 10-15 red wort

I found a big patch of redwort while traveling on the Orange Road heading east out of Chorral. It was near the "d" in the word "Road" on the map. There are also a couple of redwort plants right next to the entrance to Vilverin, the Ayleid ruins just across the lake from the Imperial Prision Sewers where you first exited at the start of the game.

That's the one of down sides to fast travel. You miss everything in between destinations, besides not getting to work on your Athletic skills as much as you need to and its really cheesy (but not as cheesy as those Morrowind teleportation spells).
