how do you get cured of vampirism?

where are bound pauldrons and bound greaves spells located?

Can't help with the bound spells but as for the vampire cure, have a look at:

Where are bound pauldrons and bound greaves spells located?
They are not part of the original game.

If you are PC there is a mod that adds these spells, you could try looking at Planet Elderscrolls.

What do you mean by "good stuff"? Do you mean the vampire bonuses? If so I dont think you can keep them and be cured.

Is there a bound pauldron and greave spell? I know that has been described befroe on this forum, but I don't think anyone could find one...

You can see where all spells are sold [url="http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Spell_Merchant_List"]here[/url].

As you can see from the list (and Raven Song's comment) those two spells do not exist. But if you are on a PC you can get [url="http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=988"]ImprovedBound[/url] to add them to the game.

i think theres a mod for a grail that cures vampirism and werewolfism

There are several mods that both cause and cure these conditions, usually in the form of rings.
