I've got a question. I'm an arch mage now (finally ) but i went to the lustrurariom or something lik ethat and a lady told me about a shield of arch mage traven which needed ingedients 1. Where is that shield??
2. Which ingredients does it need??
3. Is it worth it??

You misread/misheard the lady. It's not a shield, it's a chest in the Arch Mages quarters. Just put your cursor over each chest to identify it. It's near his bed, I think, against the wall.
And you put a single alchemy ingredient into it that you want more of - and hey presto! 12 hours later (I think) you have quite a number of that ingredient. Make sure to take them out quite soon, though, or they vanish.
