Favourite NPC?

Post by Celeste »

Tell me who your favourite vampire or human in the game is...and why.

Personally, I'm very fond of Beckett. Not sure why. I guess my love for the Gangrel has something to do with it =P

Aah, the wee communist lass. I don't know if I should love or despise her.

Jack has to be No. 1 for me... tried and true, always helpful.

Fat Larry because I love the way he greets me when I shop from him with my empty cart.

My most favorite looking NPC is probably the brunette in the white dress that walks around in the Asylum. IMO, she was deserving of dialogue.

My favourite is Jack, followed by Therese & Jeanette as I love the whole dual personality part of their character.

Have to go with VV because she's pretty much what I always envisioned a modern-day 'vampire' as and Jeanette/Therese because that was just a fantastic concept...

Yes I have a soft-spot for pixelated women... Who wants to fight? :o ;)

Jack is just an iconic VtM character, who is portrayed extremely well in the game. It's difficult to not like him. I actually enjoyed Nines quite a bit, as well. He was the perfect embodiment of an idealist anarch leader. Gary was another favorite. I wish he had a bigger role in the game. He suceeded in being creepy and interesting. It's a difficult decision, ultimately, because there are far too many interesting characters in Bloodlines.

Nines. Now that's an Anarch I'd follow against anyone. His apparent death really hit me.

Damsel. Yeah, she's hot-headed, foul-mouthed, and communist. And, somehow, she's awfully cute in the process.

Mercurio. Like Rosa said, he's someone you can trust...even if you side with the Kuei-jin. And he provides reliable information and equipment.

Barabas. Just for being the best looking Noss in the game.

Beckett was definetley my favorite! Don't really know how to give an explanation he's just Beckett... and he kicks undead booty. But also got a few good laughs from Janette. I also like Sabastian, (sorry, no idea how to spell his last name... pptt it's french... or something) he reminds me so much of Marcus from Blade The Series.

Grauth, the Makavian, he's voice and the way that he speaks. To bad I never got to meet him alive.

Sebastian LaCroix, for sure. hes just such a great character: hes not the too perfect, ever-loving taskmaster, hes an impatient, arrogant, childish vampire, who can easily go from calling you his 'child prodigy' (thats what 'wunderkind' means, btw, when you come back after you get the sarcophegus) to yelling at you about something thats just not your fault. honestly, i would work for this guy, if just to see him fly into one of his random temper tantrums and/or rages.

My all-time, #1, favorite NPC has to be Beckett. My second is VV. My third is a tie between the Voerman sisters and Jack. My fourth is definitely Nines. Someone who could take a werewolf has got to be something.
My least favorite, and one I wish I could kill a lot sooner, is The Prince. Well, anything to throw a spanner in his works would do much better. Telling him he's a git would help too. I would like to see a mod where more people are at least neutral to him, if not even covertly hostile. Most of them are similar to Nines, in some respect.

Try a Malk if you want to have some fun with Sebastian.

Sebastian must be a favorite, the guy you just love to hate - his tantrum is gold.
