Post by Bobbywu »

Hi there im a bit stuck on one of the Mages Guild Quests, its about Ayleid ruins and i have to figure out how to open somethink, theres words on the wall and i have to translate it, i translated it all, i managed to do the Fire and ice bit but im stuck on the 3rd one where i need a skill that damages Magika on strike but it doesnt seem to have that kind of spell in his chest, any ideas where i can find a spell that damage magika not on touch but on strike?

Thanks

Yeah that's a hard quest because you have to translate all the words... So you get... Frost Fire forify magica and decrease magicka...

But it has to be in a certain follow... i think it was:
fire frost decrease magica and fortify magica... but the last 2 im not sure if they have to switch..

Some spells are in the chest behind the man who translates

and you will have to face to the 'door' in the middle and then do the spells

All the spells you need are in the chest. And you do have to do the spells in the right order:
Fire
Frost
Damage Magica
Fortify Magica

Each time you use the spell in the correct order, the door will raise a little more. Get it wrong, and the door will drop to the starting position, and you get a nasty shock.
