Just wondering where to find this weapon, quest or drop?
Thanks in advance.

Hi my friend, i had the same problem as you...
i believe u find it in an Oblivion gate, the Bruma gate u do as part of the main quest, it is in a fallen tower right behind u as u enter the gate but u must go all the way round the map to get to it unless u have huge healthe, alot of healing potions and r a master of Acrobatics, if u have all of the above u can simply jump across the surface of the lava, proberly killing all the guard the came with (plz note i have not tested this mwthod yet, be warned)
i hope this was useful to u

That's right. Though I do believe there is a path to get to it, the best way is to just have a lot of potions and a magic item that lets you walk on water. If you've done the Bruma Gate quest, and haven't finished the main quest, you can go to any Oblivion gate and save before going in. Then, go in. If you don't see towers named Hurricane or Tornado, then reload from your save outside the gate and try again. When you finally get to the right gate, go start walking right and looking away from the towers (towards the lava). Eventually, you'll see the tower. In the tower, there will be two The Punished containers. One should contain Hatred's Soul and some arrows. I think the other has Hatred's Heart, which is an enchanted axe (I think).
In the name of God, impure souls of the living dead shall be banished into eternal damnation, Amen.- Hellsing

I'm not sure how many people have actually gone and gotten these items, but I found some of the descriptions online to be a little ambiguous and not all that helpful while searching. When I actually did find these items, I took notes which may prove useful to those seeking these items.
1. Locate any Oblivion Gate.
2. Save just prior to entering.
3. Continue to Load and Re-enter until you find the Oblivion Gate with numerous towers entitled: Tornado, Earthquake, Landslide, Eruption, etc.
4. After locating this gate and entering, turn around. You will see a tower behind the portal that is 2/3 of the way sunken into the lava. This is the "Embers of Hatred Tower" that contains "Hatreds Soul" (The most powerful bow in the game: It is a Daedric Bow with 24 base attack value, 35 Fire Damage for 1 second, and Slow for 45 seconds) and Hatreds Heart (a rather powerful Daedric Mace with identical enchantments).
Things to keep in mind while searching:
A: The area behind this tower is quite extensive. The hidden tunnel entrance to this tower is not all that far away from the tower itself however. (I spent an inordinate amount of time searching for the entrance without spotting it.)
B: The entrance is hidden. It WILL NOT show up on your map. (Another issue that kept me from finding it quickly.)
5. While facing the tower (looking past the Oblivion Portal) start traveling around the tower by going to your characters left.
6. The land mass behind the tower is shaped like a lowercase letter "r" with the entrance to the tunnel leading up to the tower at this tip of the "r"<---.
7. Follow the landmass, you will see a gate similar to those seen throughout the level, that has fallen over. Use this gate as a bridge.
8. Once across the bridge, you will see a "small lava pond" in the middle of the land mass, and some "spines" on the northern edge. (The map may show this more clearly)
9. Bear to the right at the spines, past the pond, and head to the "tip of the r". You will see a rather large boulder in front of you. (Again the map shows this rather clearly)
10. Climb on top of the large boulder and look NE - E on your compass. Directly in from of you, you will see some fairly flat islands in the distance. If you turn to your right, you will see the sunken tower clearly in the not to far distance. (If you can not see the tower, you are on another land mass and have gone too far. As I mentioned previously the amount of explorable land behind the portal is quite huge).
11. While standing on the rock and facing the flat islands, the hidden entrance is located directly beneath you.
12. Drop down, (you will probably jump into the lava, the entrance is rather small and is right at "sea/lava level".)
13. Turn around once on the ledge and you will see a door entitled "Fume Vaults".
14. The Fume Vaults are an underground passage that leads to the entrance of the tower.
15. Bear to the left while in the vaults and you will see a door entitled "Embers of Hatred".
16. Enter the door, this door will take you into the tower. A set of gates will slowly open before you. You will immediately notice that the tower is visibly tilted as seen while outside.
17. You will now have to fight two Dremora entitled "Dremora Hatred Keeper".
18. The Keepers will each drop 1 of 2 keys required to access the upper levels of the tower. These are entitled, "The First Key of Dark Hate", and "The Second Key of Dark Hate" respectively.
19. Once you have both keys, use the first key to open the lower door. Travel upward and use the second key to open the upper door.
20. Once through both doors, continue to travel upward until you reach a teleport entitled "Runed Portal to The Embers of Hatred".
21. Take the teleport (which will teleport you quite high by the way) to the top. At the top you will be placed on a small ledge with two "The Forbidden" pods on either side.
22. The pod on the left contains "Hatreds Soul" and "Hatreds Soul Arrows". The pod on the right contains "Hatreds Heart".
These weapons are incredibly powerful but, unfortunately (to balance them), only have 18 charges each. The Slow enchantment on each makes killing an opponent rather easy. Once struck the opponent ceases almost all movement in which the Fire enchantment will make short work of them. When used with a Soul Trap spell these weapons are quite devestating. Obtaining these weapons however is one of the more exciting finds in the game. Actually locating and climbing to the top of the tower is one of the more ominous and exciting moments I have experienced throughout the entire game.

Fun to find...but why?
Yeah, you can trudge around and find the Easter Egg treasures, but you'll make more powerful weapons than you can find. It's cool when you bump into these hidden treasures, but then you check your inventory and compare it against what you've got and end up selling the thing. The exception being some of the worn items. You'll find worn items with multiple enchantments. Something you can't do yourself. Without a mod that is (if there is one).

You make the statement of "Fun to Find but Why?" I in turn ask the question of "Why not?" (We are still talking about an RPG game right?? Usually RPG gamers like to find every aspect of the game. Shrug) Why complete this or any other quest for that matter? I guess when it comes down to some of the Easter Egg finds as you referred to them, I am more of a collector of "the best items in the game" than anything else.
I guess that once you've completed everything else, what else is there to do?? Stop playing or continue playing and finding some of the harder to locate items?
The Hatreds Soul Bow is arguably the best bow in the entire game. ( I believe it is the only bow with a base attack value of 24, let alone enchantments) Granted some of the incredibly powerful weapons (Hatreds Soul included) are balanced by a low level of charges, and therefore may not be as "usable" as some of the weapons that you enchant yourself. If that is the case, I showcase them in my house and take them out on occasion, but stick to my mainstays that I enchanted myself. Some of the enchantments however, you can not duplicate yourself and gain a higher level of charges. Try duplicating Firebrand for example and see which is more "usable", your version or the one found in the game.
Ok, Take the base attack of the bow of 24, plus the 35 Fire Damage for 1 second Enchantment ON THE BOW (not counting arrows here), plus the Slow the Slow Enchantment, plus the base attack of "fill in the blank" arrow, plus the enchantment on the arrow if applicable, and you have an incredibly powerful combination. I dare say is a lot more usable than the typical "100 Fire Damage, 100 Frost Damage, 100 Shock Damage, 5 Charges and its useless" weapon that everyone likes to make. :> Sure it's powerful, but after a few whacks, its useless, you can even keep up with each whack if you soul trap every creature it kills!! It drains faster than you can recharge it! So again, you may be able to create something that is in your oppinion "better" but... how useful is it actually? Selling an item like this, as you stated, would be foolish in my opinion.
