Just wondering since i couldn't find it anywhere (yet).
Should i install the unofficial 2.7 patch OVER the official patch, or can i skip that last one?

I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
Yes, Official is mandatory patch and must be installed first as mr_sir mentioned.
Then install the Unofficial patch for 100s of fixes, after the Official and you only need the newest Unofficial, currently 2.7.
If you will please look at the readme of the Unofficial patch at least the first couple of paragrahs to help with tips for better gameplay, you will be glad you did.
