I just snipped it from an interview video, so didn't think about the "to" vs. "too"

There should be no commas in front of the ands or ands after the commas.

Turn onto the return lane.

If you mean after the finish line, pull the chutes and let the engine back er down. Brake Sparingly, and not soon (Locking up brakes at 180 MPH = Bad)
