Now I am really confused

Post by CM »

Both my posts did not break any rules. That of course is obvious. Would the moderator who is deleting my posts contact me before we start discussing the abuse of moderator powers?

Apparently. He's always prodding something somewhere.

Interesting, why has SYM suddenly become a void of posting? Also, why are threads getting deleted, as well? I remember seeing two others pop up...

I don't know...has it become a black hole of mystery and confusion?

Generally when thre is an issue like this, mods request you take the question to PM instead of making threads. That would explain why your second (and possibly this) thread was deleted.

I did send a PM asking what's going on.

Were the threads so full of dispicable comments that they indeed required deletion? I'm afriad I only saw part of the first thread and a little of the second, as I've been preoccupied.

Hmmm I am not certain. We could always blame it on weasel, but wouldn't that be cliche?

Dazog, a question which moderator do I speak to? Do I spam 5 inboxes with my requests? I hardly find that acceptible action. Plus transparency is a great thing. I mean is there anything we should be hiding?

The first was CM expressing why he is concerned about what he's seen as SYM recently and the second was asking why his first got deleted. Both were deleted before any replies were made.

Unless there were others that got deleted.

I sent a PM to the 4 SYM mods since there was no indication who it was.

I only just learned that two moderators have been demoted. I'm not sure, but I think the administration and moderation team should explain why two well liked members of GameBanshee were so suddenly removed from their positions. Otherwise, accusations and chaos will run wild.

Honestly I know Mar would not be online right now. Too damn early for him timezone wise. Its 6 am there and he won't be on SYM. Now it could be T but she hasn't been on in ages.

So the people that are left are the super mods. It is within their timezone. 12 am CET and 6 pm EST.

Of course this is assuming the other mods are still the same. I haven't been on in ages. That may have changed...just like the rules on deleting posts.

Xandax is most likely asleep since it's 1:20 am here, but I suggest you PM enquires to Fable or directly to Buck.

Given the access, I'd go for Fable. From my recent response from Buck, he doesn't seem to be in the best condition to handle more problems being tossed into his lap.

Oh right DLS time and all. Oh well we might never know...it will be a mystery. *dun dun dun* Btw CE as you are a mod and only could you be a dear and check which mods have been on the most recent? You have that ability even as a normal mod.

It would really help us figure out who I need to pm.

I wish I could help, my friend, but I'm no longer a moderator. But I'm afraid the same occoured to me other day in the quotes thread, when I posted a quote from mr Sagan. Anyway, I could also have pressed the wrong button.

And lied in my former post... but then, I'm off.

Neither did I....not even I had to power to see which invisible people were about. Think what that would do regarding flushing out the lurkers. :p ;)
