i am experiencing a problem that occurs when i finish my job in the hive and try to get into the mortuary in order to head for fortress of regrets. while loading mortuary map game exits to windows and shuts itself down. do you know a solution or a patch to correct this error?

This is a common problem with the 2CD version of the game. To get around it you can die in the Hive. This will take you to the 2nd floor of the Mortuary.
