Blue Magic... "Tattoos"?

Post by Son of Skorm »

I've been playing Fable for a WHILE and for some reason... I've never noticed the blue tattoo-ish marks that appear on your body after you've mastered a few spells... (Maybe that's because you're so old by that time that you can't see 'em because of the hair). I used the Archeologist quest/Temple of Avo hero save... thing... to make my hero 18 y.o. again and since I see them now, I was wondering... Just how bright do these things end up getting?? At any point do they get as bright as say... Maze's?? I tried using the search feature, but I wasn't quite sure what to look up... so... sorry if this has already been posted.

P.S. And I was reading on another forum topic and it said you can get tan?? Since when??? I run around topless :speech: most of the game to show off my tattoos and I always stay that normal skin color. What's the deal? Do you have to strip down to your skivvies to accomplish a tan in the land of Albion?!?

There are numerous threads on this topic. Those blue tattoo marks are the result of you using magic a lot as what quite a number of members have mentioned a long time back.

No. You can't get a tan in Fable and there are many threads that confirmed this.

Accutally, I'm pretty sure that you can get one in TLC.

I don't think so. I've tried running around with no shirt and the main character's skin is still the same.

P.S. Welcome to the forums, Kulenok. :)

I think that you have to do that during the day, and not be out at night at all, because moonlight bleaches your skin of color a.k.a. no tan if you go out at night.

I've tried it a quite a few times already and I see no tan on the main character's skin. I don't think its possible.
