Welcome to the forums. If they see you with it on once they will never stop attacking you, I think.

Actually it makes it easier as now you can kill ordinators without getting a fine(I think), that gives you a constant source of stuff to sell to creeper or the mud crab. It happened to me and I never ran out of money.

While you are in the arena area, why not join the morrong tong? they are in arena storage secret area.

If you don't mind waiting around a while, wade into the shallows of a river, and watch for attacks by fish. Just let 'em do so, occasionally healing, while wearing heavy armor. Your skill will increase.

If you can download the Dwemer Bio-monitor mod, you can stock up on health potions and sit in the shallows - this means you can go away and make a sandwich, or whatever tickles your fancy... :p

Yeah, but you don't get any skill for consuming potions--and they have to be purchased health potions. Which means spending money for them. That's against the instincts of my alchemist! ;)

But if you cast healing spells, your Restoration skill is also going up.

On the other hand, there are times when a sandwich sounds nice...

I can't remember where the guy is in the Arena, but you could:

Walk in invisible
Lock doors behind you, so you can't be followed
Cast calm humanoid

I agree, Calm Humanoid is a great spell to have when youre in that situation. I have the same problem, because I went around wearing High Ordinator armor... I dont think killing an Ordinatior who attacks you first gives you a bounty. There really isnt anything you can do about it except kill them and aquire a new set of shiny armor to sell. Any form of combat with heavy armor on increases your Heavy Armor.

And as for the sandwich...

Maybe I'll go have one now.

That or restoration. Also, there are master trainers scattered throuout Vvardenfell, so someone might be able to train your skill outside of the arena
