If there are any more, please let me know where and who starts the quest line. Also, is it possible for promotion in KOTT, KOTWS, Blades, or Blackwood?

There is also the order of the victishuse blood missspelled no advancment but you do get gold for vapire dust.

not to be picky but its the order of virtuous blood, and there arent any advancements for the other guilds that you mentioned

If you are famous enough a dark elf women should approach you and tell you to go to Seridur's house in the imperial elven gardens district.
if she hasn't approached you yet you have to get more fame.

I also just discovered you can also join the Mythic Dawn :speech: although that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the game

I was doing the quest to retrieve the Mysterium Xarxes for Martin. I was running an all-stealth, no-combat character, so I was interacting with the Mythic Dawn NPCs in the most non-confrontational way possible to infiltrate their hideout. It got to a point where they gave me a silver dagger and asked me to sacrifice a prisoner to prove I really wanted to join their cult. Well, no way my character would do that, but curiosity got the best of me so I saved my game and did it. Lo and behold, "Mythic Dawn" appeared on my factions tab. Anyway, I quickly reloaded the game and made a sacrifice out of the priestess instead, so I don't know if any advancement or quests are available after you join.
