str. lowered as nessecary to get stats below taken care of with belt
dex. 18
con. 18 +1 from Lum will get you additional hp I think
int. 18 prime casting attribute
wis.18 (limited) wish
char. lowered as nessecary to get stats above taken care of with ring when you talk to people/buy stuff

for the last time only fighter type classes (fighter, ranger, paladin, barbarian) get bonus health past 16 Con. everything else gets a +2 max at 16
