feeding umber hulks ( contains spoilers)

Post by aldazir »

Can anyone tell me if ,and how much, more XP you get by luring the Umber Hulks away with the dog stew as apposed to simply killing them? Ive always cooked the stew, lugged it around, but by the time Ive fought my way downstairs ( whether Im lazy or just want to get on with the game) Ive always simply ironed them out with cloudkill. :o

Interesting........pardon my ignorance but how is that done? I would have thought that if all the hulks are dead there would be no reason to lure them away with the stew, therefore making the stew useless. Are you saying that I can kill all the hulks, get the XP then throw the stew into the pit which lures nothing, yet still get XP for it?

LOL :D thanks for pointing this out I always wasted time sneaking the stew in and then killing them as they were in the feeding room. the method pointed out above is alot more time efficient
