1. You need a soul gem containing a captured soul. You then go to a enchanter and and choose the enchanting option. You select your armour, the soul gem and the effect. For constant effect items you need an ascended sleeper or golden saint soul.

2. You have to sneak and then an icon will come up when you get close enough. Pickpocketing is very hard though IMO.

3. The trader in Balmora next to the Mage Guild (in the direction of the stilt strider) will buy moonsugar.

4. Creeper will buy skooma.

Enchanting armor is the same as any other enchantment. first you must trap a soul in a soul gem and then either go to an enchanter (the easiest one is in balmora) or you can enchant it yourself. when you are in the enchent screen where you choose the demensions of the enchantment first choose the armor you want to enchant and then choose the spell(s) you want to take affect, you have to make sure you dont go over the maximum enchantment that the armor can handle. this can be found in the top right corner of the screen ex. an exquisite amulet has an enchantment of 60 it will look like this in the enchantment screen 0/60. if you are getting the enchantment done by a proffessional enchanter then it will cost you money, usually quite a bit., but if you do it yourself then it is free but you risk successfully creating the enchantment and losing your soul annd soul gem. you will lose your soul gem anyways unless you have azura's star which is an infinitly lasting soul gem that can trap any level of souls. i hope that was what you wanted. ever since i started playing morrowind i've used enchantments and i never really used spells except for when i needed to trap a soul for the first time, then i just made a belt that traps souls on target and used that to trap souls.

There ARE ways to go over. by spells or constant effect items. also (POSSIBLE SPOILER) high light below to see:

you can make potions of fortify intelligence by combining bloat and netch leather. then drink them and make more while the effect is taking place. you then will make stronger fortify intelligence potions (which you drink) till your intelligence is in the thousands, and it lasts for an extremly long time. then you can make fortify potions for your other attributes. you must be carful with what potions you make or drink. lets use fortify speed as an example, if you drink a potion that fortifies speed 50,000pts for 895,357secs then you will move toO fast to do anything and it will last for hours.

There are other ways to level up your stats so they are perminant, but i dont use them and i've been playing for about four years, (since morrowind iii came out). if you want to know about these ask another member, but if you start it in a new thread make sure you put "SPOILER" in parenthisies in the title of your thread.

i hope this helped.
