Is there anyone you should go and talk to in the game, when you have become a vampire?? with all these odd dreams and stuff?? help me....

You can stay a vampire as long as you like.......but the cure is long and complicated, and the best advice I can give you for all things vampire related is the link to this site: Oblivion:Vampires - UESPWiki
It's a very comprehensive site, I'd suggest checking it out for all things related to Oblivion, it opened my eyes to many things not mentioned in the booklet!
By the way, it also includes a list of cheats, if you don't want to go through the quest for the cure, you can 'cheat' a cure potion. I didn't do that, but I needed help on this forum a few times to get cured the 'conventional' way!

If you only got bitten a couple of days ago (in-game time), just take a cure disease potion. It only gets complicated if you leave it too late!

If you want to be a vampire and get it's huge bonuses. That vampire dude in the Dark brotherhood Sanctuary will offer it to you before you kill them all.
