Brother Vic, *Spoliors*

Post by haydox »

I have finally found this guy, and how the hell do you kill him?

I have tried dodging around walla but he is too fast and appears to have spot on aim even form across the room. I have tried various weapons (melee and firearm). I have used presence, fortitude and all of my dominates on him, all to no effect. My shotgun can only get him down to half health then the pitifully slow load speed gets me killed.

How the hell do i kill him?

The method that always works for me is blood buff, any other buffing disciplines you have, a fireaxe and a few blood bags. Just close him down fast and hit him hard. If you get low on blood/injured then just knock back a blood bag and carry on.

What clan are you? Tremere can take him down pretty fast with bloodshield and repeatedly using bloodstrike.

Lastly, try to keep clear of the zombies and largely ignore them. Focus all your attention on Brother Vic.

I am a ventrue, i was going to be a tremere but then i decided to go for a character who could persuade, dominate in conversations (very useful) and had some good defence disciplines.

I took him down with bloodbuff, a shotgun and my ingram. I also chose the occult talisman which improves my bloodbuff from that tremere dude.

Tah-Daahhh! I warned ya! I guess I'm psychic  I take it you finally wasted him? Good on you. Ventrue is tough for the plague-bearers, but easier in other situations. No given clan is specifically better than any other for any condition. If you finally did Vick, though, you can console yourself that you ran down one of the tougher fights you're likely to have in that clan.

That is very good to know! I normally find fights easy as i usually sneak up and suicide most of the people, then trance the remaining 1 or 2 and drain their blood. They normally dont even get a shot off! I used that tactic in the Russian Mafia Boss mission, where you kill him, didnt get shot once!

I'm normally Tremere, and do the exact same thing. The Mafiosi don't have a chance. I do the whole lot without a shot being fired. But, as was already noted, if you're a Tremere, you can use Thaumaturgy against Vick to wonderful effect, too. The poor sod doesn't have a chance.

Unless you have Celerity, also melee is the toughest option as he seems to have level 3.
Since I play a Malk and Auspex has an awesome effect on Range with the Shotty and Blood Buff it isn't to bad.
Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language...they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
