finally finished game

Post by gmitch »

it was a great playing game i must admit it challenged me in ways i didnt think of but alas it suffers from the same things as most games i find today... its about 100 hours of playing time well spent.. and even a few more hors thinking about it while not playing, but in the end, the ending is short and not so sweet... i would think after all that time to devolope this game they would have had and ending worth all that play,,, but still it was a great play,,

I would agree with you on the finish.

It says that you should be able to continue on exploring with your character after the final scene, but you cannot.

I twould have been nice to keep on building my character, or better yet start over with it as a new character and do it on a more difficult level.

All in All.... I liked the game a lot and cannot wait to find out what made the Wizard's nose tingle....

Yes you can, but you are misunderstanding "continue exploring with your character."

After completing the game and starting a new one, you're given the option of the same character you just played and you only have the base stats. There's absolutely no mention of retaining the stats and such obtained during the game.

So you might just as well create a new character.

What i did after finishing the game was creating a multiplayer game. After that i saved my game and entered singleplayer and loaded the multiplayer game and it worked.I could play in singleplayer the multiplayer save. :D

You can play that same character in a new game.. I have a character that has gone through the game 6 times and is I believe above a level 50 with all skills and abilities well above 15... It get's pretty easy when you can walk through the game and kill off everything with bare hands including dragons. So I retired that character and made new ones.
